How long does shipping take?
Shipments are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Italy: 2-4 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Non-EU: 7-14 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping for orders over €30 in Italy. For international costs, delivery times and carriers (GLS/SMYB), visit our shipping page with updated rates for all destinations, including special zones.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Products must be unaltered, with intact tags and in the original packaging.
How can I request a return?
To request a return, simply fill out the form in the Returns section at the bottom of the page. Once you have submitted the form with all the required information, we will process your request and contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund will be processed within 14 business days from receipt of the return, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
